Rosa's Cafe: Delightful Mexican Breakfast & Brunch in Mansfield, TX

Great fast service and food is always fresh. Drive thru is very fast and the works are very polite. Restaurant is clean. We love the ultimate breakfast burritos or the chicken enchiladas!

A friend of mine invited me to eat but did not tell me where we were going my first thought was like oh no wanna be mexican food lol forgive me. Our cashier was not the most welcoming individual we ordered the family beef plate and honestly I had no expectations whatsoever. Our number was called and here he was walking towards me with a tray full of food and oh my oh my!!!! The meat was so soft and smokey full of flavor, the fried frijoles and rice were absolutely delicious. I did not try the sour cream and cheddar cheese the flour tortillas were okay and the sauces a disappointment as they were not spicy I did enjoy the fried jalapeño. Would I come here yes I would with a sauce in my purse lol

Nice decor, friendly service, great prices, good food, generous portions. The beef fajita meats are smoky & tasty, better than the ones from more expensive restaurants. Some of the staff don't speak English, so it could delay ordering process. Love the self-serve salsa bar with different salsa, jalapeño, cilantro, & chopped onions.
